Travis B. Hill – Partner

I moved to Arizona at age seven and grew up in Kingman. I attended college at Northern Arizona University to play football but quickly discovered a passion for business and law. That interest led me to law school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where I met my wife, Liz. After graduation, we returned to Arizona to begin our legal careers and raise our family in Phoenix.
I began practicing law on September 11, 2001—a date marked by tragedy, but also the beginning of a meaningful professional journey. Over the past nearly three decades, I’ve worked in both large and small firms and operated my own solo practice. I am honored and proud to now be part of a new chapter at Dyet & Hill alongside Shane Dyet, Bill Schrank, and a team of exceptional and dedicated attorneys, paralegals, and assistants.
Liz and I have three children ranging in ages from college to middle school who keep us busy and constantly inspired. I’ve enjoyed coaching their sports teams and cheering them on in football, basketball, baseball, and softball. My personal hobby is fly fishing. There is no place I’d rather be than in a river, out in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, or Utah. I also enjoy reading about history, particularly the Revolutionary War, Civil War, and both World Wars. As a family, we love to travel, ski, golf, and explore new places—though our kids will always choose a relaxing beach vacation when given the option.
