KENNEDY KIMBALL – Associate

I was born in Washington but grew up in Arizona where I received my bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in 2016. Between undergrad and law school I worked as a private investigator for criminal defense cases including a capital post-conviction relief case. In 2021, I began law school at Charleston School of Law in South Carolina where I was the president of our school’s Trial Advocacy Board. 2024 was a busy year for me as I graduated law school in May, took the bar in July, moved back to Arizona in August, and got married in November!

My husband, Erik, and I love trying new restaurants around the valley and spending time outside with our two dogs, Maple and Scipio. When I’m not spending time with our dogs, I love playing card games with my family and going to bingo with my Grandma. During football season you will catch me cheering on my Seahawks!

Areas of Practice

Personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, insurance litigation, Civil Rights § 1983 Actions, and general torts. Prior work in criminal defense and capital post-conviction relief.
