TIFFANY L. GILL – paralegal

While technically an Arizona native, I “grew up” in the beautiful state of Washington and returned to the Valley in 2000. I have two amazing daughters and one cute pup. My oldest is in nursing school while my youngest is navigating middle school.
In my free time, you will likely find me outdoors, unless it is over 110 degrees outside. That often entails hiking, biking, paddleboarding, going to the beach, or to a great country concert. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, good music, rodeos, and am currently learning how to play golf, because why not try something new in your 40’s.
My desire to work in the legal field started as a teenager and I initially wanted to be a lawyer. At the age of 16, I participated in the Dual Enrollment Program and took as many college classes as I could while still in high school. The head start on my college education helped get my foot in the door at my first law firm at 18 years old. While there, I continued my schooling and quickly decided being a lawyer was not for me. My desire to have a family played a big role in making the decision to pursue a Paralegal Certification instead of a Law Degree. After about six years at my first law firm, I knew I needed more. I made the jump to civil litigation in 2006 and have never looked back. I thoroughly enjoy the variety in our cases, the interaction with clients, experts, opposing counsel and assisting the attorneys in helping our clients resolve difficult situations. However, my favorite part is going to Trial. While it can be stressful and is a lot of work, there is something about being in the Courtroom with a Jury, the Judge, and getting to present your entire case and then hearing the decision from the Jury.
