Jenna Mandraccia – OF COUNSEL

After graduating cum laude from Gonzaga School of Law in my native state of Washington, I started my twenty-plus legal career in Jackson Hole, Wyoming , with a small , but prestigious, Plaintiff-based law with a focus on multi-state trial litigation. This experience solidified that my heart was, and belonged, in law. Family is what brought me back (and in between) Hawaii and Arizona, where I now happily reside and spend my free time with my family (mother, sister, brother-in-law-and nephews, Jackson and Hunter), my beloved Great Pyrenees and tripod Pia, and checking out all the beautiful places Arizona has to offer. Once in Arizona, I worked for two of the most predominant law firms in the State – one on Plaintiff’s side, my mentor being the original drafter of the Arizona civil rights bill; and the defense, a much awarded and brilliant litigation defense
team.
I have practiced before all state and federal Courts States of Wyoming, Colorado,
Idaho, Montana, Ariona, and Hawaii. I have authored numerous appellate memoranda
and am admitted to practice before the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well
as presented oral argument before the Supreme Courts of Wyoming and Idaho, and
appellate Courts of Arizona and Hawaii. I have substantial experience, in both federal
land state Court, practiced and have experience in all facets of civil litigation, from
inception of a dispute through successful resolution through arbitration, dispositive
motion practice, and appeals.
Professional Experience & Areas of Practice
With over two decades of experience in civil litigation, I have
refined and significant background experience in prosecuting and defending clients in a
vast array of legal arenas, including catastrophic personal injury, general liability
commercial defense, civil rights and U.S.C. 1983 litigation, municipality defense,
professional liability and malpractice premise liability, wrongful death, and matters
involving our most vulnerable communities, including representing the rights of minors,
veterans, the elderly, and those deemed otherwise incapacitated and/or
developmentally disabled to the extent they cannot independently protect their rights.
