Andres Chagolla III – Senior associate

I am a proud native of Arizona, which seems rare sometimes in our melting pot of a state. Born in Phoenix, I moved to the small rural town of Camp Verde at the age of five. After graduating high school, I returned to the Valley to attend Arizona State University. While I always planned on attending law school, I decided to spend some time in the business world after earning my bachelor’s degree. During this brief detour, I gained valuable experience in the logistics, telecommunications, and hospitality industries. After a few years, I knew it was time to make my dream a reality and attend law school. I am proud to call myself a Double Devil, earning my Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from ASU.
Outside the firm, you can catch me on the golf course grippin’ and rippin’ – at the lake catchin’ some flatheads – or up north spending time with my family.
Areas of Practice
My practice includes handling claims and cases at every stage – from preliminary investigation through appeal. Primary areas: general civil defense, dram shop and liquor liability, trucking litigation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, municipal and public entity defense, construction defect, contract and business disputes, and general commercial litigation.
